"I was smoking 30 a day and, even though I thought I enjoyed smoking I was determined to stop. I
had tried every method.
Since my session I have a sense of wellbeing – even righteousness! The first thing I noticed was
the taste of my food – it tasted better!! My face is less puffy around the eyes too.
I can tolerate others smoking but I can't bear the idea of having a cigarette. I can't imagine
having one. I do notice people who smoke – and really dislike the smell of their smoke.
I feel as though I am on a “nicer path” and never consciously think of smoking. I can tell that
there's no smoke in the house and now choose no smoking areas in restaurants and bars.
I really didn't know what to expect at the session – or afterwards, but feel that the whole thing
was handled very well.”
